Read more Anthony & Sylvan Made it Possible Dec 30, 2022 Anthony Sylvan I was thinking about getting a pool for about a year. I knew about them from seeing their vehicles in the area. They came recommended by a hardscape that we were working. We have a freeform galvanized 30,000 gallons pool. The shape is definitely the favorite thing. There are two people, Rob McCubbin, the salesperson, he helped us through the permitting. Ian Boothe, the project manager, did a great job. It was a very difficult time to build a pool during COVID, and the size and scale of Anthony and Sylvan made it possible to get things done that smaller shops weren’t able to. Read Completed in a Timely Manner Dec 29, 2022 Anthony Sylvan I had been thinking about a pool for about a year. I heard about them from friends who had worked with them. I chose them because their competitive price was the best compared to other companies, who were $20 to $30 thousand more for the same type of pool. We have the freeform pool with a spa. I like the sun-shelf and how easy it is to keep clean. The pool remote is easy to operate and handy. I would like to recognize Burt and Bill. They completed the project in a timely manner, despite all the rain we have gotten this summer. Whenever a problem arose or a question posed, he was always available to answer and provide a solution. He was willing to walk you through a situation and follow up as required till the problem was resolved. Also, would like to compliment Sonia Rodriguez who will always take a call or return a call. Verified Reviewer | Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania #4705907 Report Review Condition of pool Jun 20, 2023 I could give 0 stars I would. From the beginning, this project was problem-ridden. Poor communication and lengthy wait times made me wish we chose another company. We were promised a fall dig and that did not happen . We did not have a somewhat finished pool until the following December. Also, the PM called me the day the concrete crew was coming to tell me the plan everyone signed off on more than a year ago, was not able to be done, and they had to rework a plan, which ended up costing is tens of thousands more in landscaping/concrete. In December when they finally finished & filled our pool, our cover was not in, so they closed it with a tarp, yes, a TARP! Our pool is filled with rocks & dirt due to their poor closing. It is June and we still dont have our diving board. Can we find anyone to help us? Of course not! Preferred solution: Communication and solutions: fix the pool and install the diving board. I’ve heard of them for years because of their large company and they’re near where I live too. They were also building a pool for my neighbors and gave me the best value among other others. Freeform, it has a raised wall design with waterfalls. The beauty and convenience, we use it every day and it is easy to maintain and in spite of pandemic, Dan hung with it and he got it completed.
